Artwork Lead Time:
Design proofs are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. This timeline applies to artwork proofs only.

Production Lead Time:
Please allow a minimum of two weeks for online orders to be completed. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on the scope of the project.

Garment Sourcing & Availability:
All orders are subject to garment availability. As a custom shop, we source garments per order and do not keep inventory on hand. Lead times may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping timelines.

Sales Policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom-printed items. Proofs are provided for approval prior to production to ensure accuracy.
