We know when it comes to choosing a print process for clothing and headwear it can be confusing. Trust us to help guide you through choosing which technique is right for you. On this page, you'll be able to explore all print options including Embroidery, Screen Printing, Sublimation, and Heat Transfer.
Screen Printing, or Silk Screening is a bada** method of printing images onto garments. We use quality inks that will provide long-lasting results. Screen printing focuses on specific garment areas like the chest, back, sleeves, etc.
We can use this technique on almost any garment. You heard that right; almost any garment from cotton, to blends, performance, and polyester. This includes customizing odd items like bags and totes.
The best materials to screen print on are ones that have no elasticity and no water-wicking qualities. If your garment falls into either of those categories, Heat Transfer Vinyl would be best for you.
Using this process, we can print up to 6 colors. But remember - it's extra work to set up multiple printing screens, so the more colors we use, the more expensive the print will be.
If this sounds like exactly what you need, look no further we can handle whatever you throw at us!
Sublimation is a printing technique that stands the test of time. Built for the sports industry; sublimation can withstand just about any type of wear and tear. This print type cleans easily without any special washing processes.
We print on the entirety of the garment. Yes, the entire garment! Every single inch - this is why we call it Full Sublimation. If you want a bold look, or you're looking for the perfect coverage for your team, Full Sublimation is right for you. Once the print looks perfect, the garment is hand-sewn together making it a 100% one-of-a-kind Lost Art Graphics piece. We guarantee the highest quality!
Sublimation allows for infinite color and design options, making it one of the most awesome forms of printing. The only limit is your imagination!
This technique is the best of the best, amazing, timeless, and bold. But there's a catch, we can only sublimate on 100% polyester. That means all sublimated products are going to feel like dry-fit athletic material. If that works for you, then look no further. With our no-minimum requirements, we can get you suited up in Sublimated prints!
A somewhat new process, heat transferring has become extremely popular. One reason this technique has become so trendy is that you can transfer prints onto any fabric type and color. There are no limits, from raincoats to cotton pieces, hats to backpacks - heat transfers are truly versatile.
Quality matters - unlike DIY iron-on transfers that crack and peel, we use the top products our industry has to offer. Our heat transfers can stretch with your garment and they last! This is the only way to get a professional print rather than a shiny decal stuck to your garment.
Heat transfers are vibrant, the color choices are unlimited, and your design can be complex. At Lost Art we absolutely love color, so you can bet we'll recommend anything that helps you stand out from the crowd.
